BREAKFAST CLUB OF CANADA
At the Heart of
our Work
This year, we continued our work to promote the Club as an employer of choice, both internally to
our employees and externally. A number of initiatives were put in place to better reflect our values
and organizational culture. These ongoing efforts are aimed at attracting, engaging and retaining
talent who share our commitment to the well-being of children across the country.
A DIFFERENT FORM OF INVOLVEMENT: CLUB COMMITTEES
Several internal committees provide employees with the opportunity to
actively contribute to meaningful topics beyond their daily roles. Their
involvement makes it possible to draw on the diverse interests, talents and
expertise available within the Club to foster commitment to our mission.
These committees provide a collaborative forum for reflection, creativity
and the advancement of the Club, in line with the organization’s values.
Whether it’s the Nutrition Committee, which ensures a complete, balanced
and nutritious food offering, or the Culture Committee, which promotes a
caring, inclusive and meaningful work environment, each committee helps
to enhance the Club’s day-to-day functioning and reinforce its mission.
Together, these initiatives create a culture of engagement, innovation and
collaboration at all levels of the organization.
A MEMORABLE GATHERING TO MARK OUR 30TH ANNIVERSARY
On the occasion of the Club’s 30th anniversary, we had the privilege of getting
our entire team together. This gathering was not only a great opportunity to
discuss best practices, but also a unique and valuable occasion to strengthen
the bonds that unite us, celebrate our achievements and nurture our shared
vision. This memorable and inspiring experience gave fresh impetus to our
collective efforts to achieve our most ambitious goals.
