Strategic Plan
Having just completed the second year of our 2023–2026 Strategic Plan, Breakfast Club of Canada is tackling
the third and final step in this cycle with confidence and determination. In the past two years, we have transformed our ambitions into concrete achievements, boosted our presence in new communities and fine-tuned
our methods and approaches to meet the growing needs of children across the country.
We are empowered by the experience we have gained, by our team’s engagement and by our partners’
unwavering support. This step is one of consolidation: building on our accomplishments, maximizing the impact
of our actions and paving the way for the future so that we can give children the opportunity to reach their full
potential by starting each school day with nutritious food.

We have strengthened our commitment to ESG, referring to our environmental, social and governance
responsibilities. In concrete terms, this has involved setting up a committee to clarify the organization’s
objectives and responsibilities, carrying out an organizational self-assessment, and rolling out our roadmap
focused on diversity, inclusion, belonging and equity. Building on these foundations, the Club will continue to
execute its strategic priorities, leveraging teamwork, innovation and diligence to ensure a lasting impact on
children and the community.
We continue to build a culture rooted in collaboration, trust and enjoyment at work.
