Fruit & Yogurt Parfaits

These take no time at all to prepare, and are so delicious!

| 2,16 kg (2.25 L or 9 cups) Greek yogurt
1. Layer 75 ml (1⁄3 cup) plain yogurt into the bottom of each
bowl/cup.
| 1,25 L (41⁄2 cups) assorted berries,
fresh or frozen and thawed
| 400 g (3 cups) homemade granola

2. Alternate layers of fruit and granola with yogurt until cups
are filled to the top.
3. Serve parfaits immediately to keep granola crunchy.
Change up the fruit toppings according
to what fruit is in season!
