Cocoa Chia Seed Pudding

This chia pudding is a great option for special occasions. Perfect for those who like chocolate!

| 1,125 L (41/2 cups) milk or
soy beverage
1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk vigorously to
combine.
| 60 ml (1/4 cup) maple syrup
2. Cover, and chill in the fridge overnight or at least 3 to 5 hours.
| 170 g (1 cup) chia seeds
3. Serve with desired toppings, such as fruit and granola.
| 90 g (3/4 cup) unsweetened
cocoa powder
| A mashed banana
| 7,5 ml (1½ tsp) vanilla extract
This pudding can be blended for a
smoothier and creamier texture.
