Yogurt & Soy nut or seed butter Dip

This dip is a great source of protein. Start your morning off with panache!
Ingredients

| 160 g (2⁄3 cup) plain Greek yogurt
1. Stir together all ingredients until well combined.
| 15 ml (1 tbsp) Soy nut or seed
butter (sunflower, pumpkin, etc.)
2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
3. Serve with fresh fruit.
| 15 ml (1 tbsp) honey
| 1,25 ml (¼ tsp) vanilla extract
| 1,25 ml (¼ tsp) cinnamon
Be sure to chill the dip before serving, so
that it stays thick and creamy!
